| | | Final Pay Out - Vacation Leave/Sick Leave | | | Upon retirement, employees are entitled to full payment of all accrued vacation leave. Refer to applicable Memorandum of Understanding or Personnel and Salary Resolution for payout options of accumulated unused sick leave. Payment for accrued leave time will be included in the employee's final paycheck and is subject to taxation as ordinary income.
