Senior Staff Analyst
Lisa Donahue began her career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2014 as a Staff Analyst and was promoted to Senior Staff Analyst in June of 2019. Prior to joining the Sheriff’s Office, Lisa worked for 9 years in the County’s General Services Department supervising the County’s Mail Services, Inactive Records and Surplus Property programs.
As the Senior Staff Analyst, Lisa supervises accounting and budget preparation, fiscal control of contracts and purchasing/acquisition of goods and services for the Sheriff’s Office. Lisa currently provides budgetary and fiscal oversight and support to the Custody Division, Emergency Services Division and Animal Care & Control.
Lisa previously served on the City of Fairfield’s Community Services Commission and City of Fairfield’s Planning Commission. She was a member of the Board of Directors for the Fairfield Community Services Foundation from 2010 until 2015, serving as President of the Board in 2014.
Lisa graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and a minor in History. A fifth generation Solano County resident and third generation Solano County employee, Lisa resides in Fairfield with her two sons.
