Solano County ROV has a new paperless filing system for FPPC forms. eCampaign is a web-based system that allows candidates along with their treasurers, officeholders, and committees to create and file their campaign disclosure forms electronically, 24/7, from home.

Before you begin you must receive your login ID and password. To get a login ID, simply provide your current email address. Once we receive your email address we will send your password. Please note that electronic signers must have an email and login to add their signature to the FPPC form.
