Please note: two hours of free parking is available on the first and second levels of the Solano County Administration Center Parking Garage.



From Interstate 80 East (Traveling from Sacramento/Davis/Dixon Areas)

  1. Exit at West Texas Street/ Rockville Road Fairfield
  2. Continue straight to West Texas Street. Turn left onto West Texas Street (at the second stop light)
  3. Continue on West Texas Street to Jefferson Street (approximately nine (9) stop lights)
  4. Turn right onto Jefferson Street
  5. The Solano County Administration Center is located on the block between West Texas and Jefferson Streets
  6. Proceed one (1) block to Delaware Street. Turn left onto Delaware Street and then turn left into the Solano County Administration Center Parking Garage
  7. The Human Resources Department is located on the first floor in Suite 1800


From Interstate 80 West (Traveling from San Francisco/Vallejo/Napa Areas)

Option 1:
  1. Exit Highway 12 East ? Rio Vista/Suisun
  2. Exit at Webster Street/Fairfield (after the second stop light)
  3. From Webster Street, turn right onto Delaware Street
  4. Cross Jefferson Street and turn left into the Solano County Administration Center Parking Garage
  5. The Human Resources Department is located on the first floor in Suite 1800

Option 2 (If you miss the Highway 12 East exit):
  1. Exit at West Texas Street Fairfield
  2. Merge left onto West Texas Street
  3. Continue on West Texas Street to Jefferson Street (approximately eight (8) stop lights)
  4. Turn right onto Jefferson Street
  5. The Solano County Administration Center is located on the block between West Texas and Jefferson Streets
  6. The Human Resources Department is located on the first floor in Suite 1800


From Interstate 680 North (Traveling from Walnut Creek/Concord/Martinez/Benicia Areas)
Exit onto Interstate 80 East (toward Sacramento)
Option 1:
  1. Exit Highway 12 East ? Rio Vista/Suisun
  2. Exit at Webster Street/Fairfield (after the second stop light)
  3. From Webster Street, turn right onto Delaware Street
