Real Estate Services

Real Estate Services, a Division of the General Services Department, provides real estate and property management services in support of the County's operational and asset management needs.  The Real Estate Services Division negotiates the acquisition, sale, lease and adaptive re-use of real properties that are in the financial and legal best interest of the County.  

The Division manages the County's portfolio of real estate assets to evaluate disposition and development potential, and to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenues from administered leases.  In addition, the Division administers the franchise agreements with cable television providers and service providers for the collection of garbage, recyclables, and yard waste in the unincorporated areas of the County.
