(1) Community Investment Fund - Annual Grants 2024
GRANTS TO ADDRESS THE TOP SIX NEEDS IN THE COUNTY
The Solano County Board of Supervisors created the Community Investment Fund to address the top needs in Solano County and make tangible progress toward measurable outcomes. The County Administrator’s Office is seeking highly-qualified agencies to tackle the top six identified human services needs in the County, including, Mental health, Housing, Homelessness, Early education, Youth development and Safe and stable environments for children.  CLICK HERE to access this page / opportunity. (2) Community Investment Fund - Homelessness Prevention Grants
GRANTS TO PROVIDE TARGETED HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION SERVICES
The County Administrator’s Office is seeking proposals to provide targeted homelessness prevention services, including direct financial assistance, housing stabilization services, and legal referrals in the county. The amount of funding available through this RFP to operate a targeted homelessness prevention program in Solano County is $3,000,000 over a two-year period.
