SCFJC Advisory Committee

The Board of Supervisors established the Solano Family Justice Center Advisory Committee by Board Resolution on March 22, 2022.   The Committee will be involved with the request for proposal process for a new lead agency, assist with the strategic planning process, and be responsible for programmatic reviews of the Solano Family Justice Center during the transition period.  The Committee is assisted in its efforts with staff support from a Technical Advisory Panel comprised of five community partner representatives (recommended by the Committee and confirmed by the Board of Supervisors), technical expert consultants, and County Counsel. 

The Solano Family Justice Center Advisory Committee consists of eleven members designated as follows:

- Committee Chair, the Honorable Robert Fracchia (retired) – appointed by the Board of Supervisors
- County Administrator
- Chief Probation Officer
- Health and Human Services Director
- Public Defender
- District Attorney
- Sheriff
- Solano County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Representative
- Three Chiefs of Police
- Chief of Police from the City of Vacaville
- Chief of Police from the City of Vallejo
- Chief of the Solano Community College Department of Public Safety

Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 3:00 p.m. at Solano County Administration Center,
