Don't Think Know (I know) Solano County

Many people do not know they have chlamydia or gonorrhea until they get tested. The FREE I know Solano Home Test Kit program includes a vaginal swab that test for vaginal infections. It is a simple and confidential way for young women, girls, transmen, and any fitting person to test for chlamydia and gonorrhea in the privacy of their own home -- or where they feel most comfortable. The kit is best for people who want to test in their own home or space instead of going to a clinic.

If you have symptoms concerning for a sexually transmitted disease or would like to be tested for any STD, please call the Solano County Family Health Services scheduling line at (707) 784-2010 or walk in to any of our three clinic locations in Vallejo, Fairfield, or Vacaville.
