August is Breast feeding month

Breastfeeding is good for both mom and babies. Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants. It has an almost perfect mix of vitamins, protein and fat, everything your baby needs to grow and learn. More benefits to breastfeeding:

Breast milk is more easily digested than any other infant food.

Breastfeeding strengthens baby's eye coordination, brain growth, muscle development, and teeth formation.
Breastfed infants are more likely to gain the right amount of weight as they grow rather than become overweight children.

Breastfeeding also lowers your baby's risk of infection and illness while helping mom burn calories and lowers the risk of certain cancers. What's more, the physical closeness helps your baby bond with you and feel secure.
