    Subpopena Services is a unit within the District Attorney's Bureau of Investigations.

    As instructed on the subpoena, witnesses may call the District Attorney's Office to learn if there has been a disposition of a case or if the case has been continued. Updated recorded messages are available daily after 5:00 p.m.

The Solano County District Attorney’s Bureau of Forensic Services provides forensic services in chemistry (the analysis of chemical substances for the presence of controlled drugs) and toxicology (the analytical screening of tissues and body fluids for alcohol and/or drugs of abuse followed by confirmatory and qualitative determinations) to all law enforcement agencies in Solano County.
