The Juvenile Traffic Hearing Officer hears cases where a minor has received a traffic infraction citation.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the court hearing or have a signed permission slip.  Traffic offenses can be handled through the issuance of fines, traffic diversion and/or traffic school.  Under certain circumstances, the matter may be directly referred to the misdemeanor juvenile traffic court calendar to be heard before the Judge Pro Temp who is appointed by the Juvenile Court Judge.

The juvenile infraction calendar is heard on the first and third Wednesday of each month.  The misdemeanor traffic court calendar is heard on the first and third Fridays of each month.

The Probation Department does not have the ability to access adult traffic information and is unable to assist with adult traffic matters.  For adult traffic matters, please contact the Solano County Superior Court 707-207-7360.
