• The U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to assess the environmental impacts of the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians Casino and Tribal Housing Project. 

• The EA was prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

• The BIA is the Lead Agency for compliance with NEPA.

• Solano County is not the Lead Agency and does not have approval authority over this project.
