  • Immunizations for children are free for Dixon Family Practice clients.
  • New clients need a physical check-up with a doctor before receiving free immunizations (physical check-ups may be charged a sliding fee).
  • Tuberculosis Skin Testing is $5.00 for Community Medical Center clients and $30 for new clients.
  • Please call for an appointment—walk-in appointments are not available.

  • Immunizations are free to clients of Family Health Services (FHS) with Partnership or Healthy Families. (Fees may apply to other clients).
  • If you choose FHS as your primary care provider, immunizations will be given at the time of a physical/check-up.
  • New clients must be seen for a physical first, by appointment only, and the price of a physical is based on a sliding scale.
  • Tuberculosis Skin Testing is $23 for non-clients of FHS.
  • Walk-in appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
  • Children who are assigned to FHS may receive Tuberculosis Skin Testing Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM -3:30 PM.

    • Tuberculosis Skin Testing is $5.00 for Community Medical Center clients
    • Please call for an appointment— same day appointments may be available.
