Partnership HealthPlan patients may call the Advice at Line 1-866-778-8873.
Patients with all other types of insurance or no insurance may call any of the main clinic phone lines to be redirected.
If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Standby Appointments
To better serve our clients, FHS has implemented a standby appointment policy. Patients who call or come in with certain acute needs are offered the chance to wait for a brief visit with a provider if another patient does not show up for their appointment. This policy allows us to see hundreds of patients every year who would otherwise not have been able to be seen.
