Mary Heath, Accountant
Mary Heath graduated summa cum laude from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice in 2012. With a background in corporate finance, she joined the Sheriff’s Office team in 2013 as an Accounting Technician assigned to payroll and a member of the budget team. During her time in payroll, she helped implement the County-wide electronic timecard roll out and dynamic scheduler. She became an entry level dispatcher in 2016 and earned a Master of Public Administration from Walden University in 2017. She rejoined the Sheriff’s budget team as an Accountant in 2018 and is currently assigned to manage the OES grants and Emergency Services budgets. She has a passion for knowledge and again graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Emergency Management in 2020.
