The diagram below provides an overview of the Review and Adjustment (R&A) modification process.

Before you request an R&A please review the following information to ensure that it doesn't apply to you. Please contact our office at 1-866-901-3212 so we may work together to find a more appropriate solution to the issue.

• All my children have emancipated, or the youngest will emancipate within 6 months.

• If you disagree with your past due child support balance

• The amount my employer is deducting is not correct.

• I disagree with the amount of support the court recently ordered.

• I have additional child(ren) from the same relationship that must be added to this court order.

• My court order was established or modified within the last 6 months and there has not been a change in circumstance(s).

• My case is arrears only.
