FREE CAR SEAT CLASS


Is your child in the right seat? Learn how to properly install your car seats with assistance from a certified tech. To register, call 707-553-5974 or visit vibesolano.com/classes


Families receiving benefits such as WIC, Cal-Fresh or Medi-Cal are eligible to receive a Target gift to purchase a car seat. Bring your WIC packet or Cal-Fresh/Medi-Cal cards for both parent/guardian and children at the training.

Solano County employees are invited to take a walk with Solano County Deputy Health Officers during National Public Health Week. The brief walk around the Health & Social Services campus encourages staff to go for short walks during their breaks.

KIDS' NUTRITION CLASS

What makes a good snack? Join Super Snackers at the library to find out! Staff from Nutrition Services will teach children ages 7-11 about healthy food options, cooking skills, and preparing nutritious snacks!

MOBILE FOOD PHARMACY

The Mobile Food Pharmacy is a fresh food truck that provides healthy options for the Family Health Services (FHS) Clinic patients weekly. Patients receive prescriptions for healthy food during their appointments and exchange them at the food truck. recipe cards and cookbooks are provided!

BIKE RODEOS

Bike rodeos provide a fun training course to teach students safety skills, including the rules of the road and how to check bikes for hazards, like wobbly seats or worn brakes
