County Child Support Services to update lobby hours

June 28, 2024

SOLANO COUNTY – Beginning July 1, 2024, the Solano County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) will be updating their lobby hours of operations due to cuts in State DCSS program funding.  Customers are still able to meet with staff between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday, and the lobby doors will remain open for customers to make their child support payments using the department’s self-service kiosk.  Additionally, customers are able to drop off any child support related documents in a secure drop box located in the lobby.

Direct any questions to [email protected], text (707) 241-4201 and by phone at (866) 901-3212 for the automated phone system and to speak to a case manager.

The Solano County Department of Child Support Services provides a neutral go-between for parents and can help both parents avoid court and assist with navigating the child support system.  DCSS staff can assist customers with the following services, including establishing paternity, locating parents, establishing child support orders from the court, establishing medical support orders from the court, enforcing child and spousal support orders, modifying child support orders and collecting and distributing child support payments.  Visit the DCSS website at for more information to link directly to DCSS support professionals and for additional self-service options.
