Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Commission meets June 1

SOLANO COUNTY – The Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Commission (JJDPC) meeting will be held on Wed., June 1 at 3 p.m. at the County Administration Center, 675 Texas St. in Conference Room 6003.

The agenda for this meeting will consist of an overview of Juvenile Detention Facility (JDF) schools from the Solano County Office of Education (SCOE) as well as a review of past JDF inspections.

The mission of the JJDPC is to inquire into the administration of juvenile justice in Solano County.  The overall objective is to reduce the recidivism rate of juvenile offenders in the local criminal justice system.

The Solano County JJDPC was established by the Solano County Board of Supervisors under authority of California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 233.
