Family Justice Center to host first annual Health Fair

SOLANO COUNTY – The Solano County District Attorney's Office Family Justice Center will host the first annual Health Fair on Saturday, October 17 on the Annex Lawn at 675 Texas Street in Fairfield from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Everyone is welcome at this free family event, established to promote healthy living in Solano County.  The event boasts a wide variety of activities that will appeal to everyone from children to seniors, including free flu shots, raffle prizes, medical and dental screenings, tasty treats, music, arts and crafts, health and wellness business vendors, face painting and much more.

Be sure to swing by the First 5 California Mobile Resource Van to explore all of the services and resources available in Solano County for children aged zero to five.  Get a free vision screening by the Lion's Club.  Catch a performance by Chapkis Dance, the 2015 World Hip Hop Champions as seen on America’s Got Talent.  Take a photo with your favorite crime-fighter McGruff the Crime Dog.  Enjoy free BBQ hot dogs and other tasty treats, provided by the Solano County Sheriff’s Office.
