Mission Statement
The mission of Solano County Health and Social Services Department is to promote cost-effective services, which safeguard the physical, emotional, and social well being of the people of Solano County.

The Department seeks to improve services to the community and is committed to:

    About the Organization
    Solano County Health and Social Services Department was created by the Board of Supervisors in 1992. The Department employs over 1,262 employees working in 22 offices throughout Solano County and is organized by seven program service areas.
