Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) provides cash assistance to aged, blind, or disabled legal permanent resident immigrants who have been denied Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits solely due to their immigration status.

CAPI provides cash assistance to help pay for living expenses such as:
            • Rent
            • Utilities

​You can apply for Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) by visiting any of our offices below, calling 1-800-400-6001 to request an application, emailing an application to [email protected] or via mail. Our office hours are from Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
