Children should love to play!

Parents, family members, teachers, and caregivers are often the first to notice when a child has problems with behavior or emotion regulation. Some signs you may notice is a lack of eye contact or attachment, unexplainable severe mood changes, isolating themselves around other children, or loss of appetite/weight loss. If you or someone you trust is concerned about your child don’t hesitate to get advice. Mental health is often surrounded by fear or shame however many children suffer with mental illness and there is no shame in getting them help.
