Make a Payment

Child support payments are collected and processed by the California State Disbursement Unit (SDU). There are multiple methods available to submit payments to the SDU.  

Self-Service TouchPay Payment Kiosk

DCSS TouchPay Kiosk You’re now able to make payments by cash, debit, credit card and e-check during business hours at the TouchPay Kiosk in the Government Center lobby. The kiosk is located on the first floor next to the information station. The kiosk provides step-by-step directions and guides you through the payment process.TouchPay Kiosks can also be located at the following Solano locations:

Submit payment by credit card, debit card, or electronic fund transfer
To help us ensure you receive credit for a payment you will need to enter your Child Support Participant ID Number. If you do not know your Child Support Participant ID Number you can call Customer Connect at 1-866-901-3212. This payment method is available 24 hours a day.

Submit payment by mailing a check, money order, or cashier’s check
You can submit payment by check, money order, or cashier’s check through the mail. Please write your participant ID and case number on your payment. Send your payments to:

Submit payment using MoneyGram
You can now pay your child support through Money Gram. There is a low $1.99 fee to make a child support payment at a MoneyGram location.
In order to use this new convenient service, you will need your Child Support Participant ID number as well as the Receiver Code 14630 directing the payment to the California State Disbursement Unit. Click on the link below to find the nearest MoneyGram location.

Submit payment using PayNearMe

You can now pay your child support at 7-Eleven stores using PayNearMe. There is a low $1.99 fee to make a child support payment at a PayNearMe location. For more information Click Here and select View Payment Options.
